Lillian at A Cappella Catering Co.

Lillian came to the Employment Readiness Program already with an interest in culinary arts. She completed and obtained a diploma in Culinary Arts from NAIT and came to ERP to gain valuable knowledge and experience with employment.

The Employment Readiness Program has provided Lillian with the information and training for her to receive First Aid, Food Safety and WHMIS certifications. These are all certifications that employers look for when working with food.

In her internship with A Capella Catering, Lillian was helpful in all aspects of the kitchen from food preparation to portioning to garnishing the plates. Chef Biren was so impressed with her wonderful work that he offered Lillian a part time position which she accepted! Congratulations to Lillian for this spectacular opportunity and thank you to A Cappella for welcoming Lillian to your team.
